Dr. Erb is an artist with a medical degree! I selected Dr. Erb after consulting with two other doctors and I am so thankful I did. Dr. Erb is a true perfectionist in every possible way. I knew this the moment I completed her thorough intake questionnaire. Each and every question is thoughtful and deliberate, and she actually reads all of the answers and provides personalized care based upon the patient’s unique needs. I am a member of a blepharoplasty Facebook group and I constantly see posts of patients having gone through procedures only to have their doctor seemingly disappear right after their procedure, or they are set post-op appointments six months out, left to post their medical questions in a Facebook group, hoping someone has the answer. I cannot stress enough that this is NOT what you will get with Dr. Erb. I was in constant contact with her from the day of my surgery, at which time she provided her personal cell phone number, all the way to now, nine months post-op. Any questions, concerns, comments, worries, you name it…she and her staff are there to assist me. I have always felt that Dr. Erb was deeply committed to my care. She listened to me, communicated with me, and provided me with quality care, not to mention I am absolutely THRILLED with my results. This procedure was one of the best things I have ever done for myself and Dr. Erb was unequivocally the best oculoplastic surgeon for the job.

BEST money I have ever spent! I started looking into blepharoplasty about 5 years ago and met with several plastic surgeons. I'm sure they were all very knowledgeable and experienced, but they were "general" plastic surgeons and I felt my eyes needed an expert. 5 years later, my cousin and I were lamenting over our sad eyelids, and that night, not sure where to even start searching again, I did a google search and found Dr. Ho Erb, a SPECIALIST in Blepharoplasty! I immediately set up a consultation and scheduled my surgery. Dr. Ho Erb is knowledgeable, engaging, personable, professional, caring, and very thorough. Her office manager Gina is sweet, fun to talk with, and super helpful. I didn't get the name of her assistant as I was pretty knocked out for the surgery, but she was super sweet and very professional as well. All of my follow-up appointments were quick and timely. In fact, everything went so smoothly, my cousin flew down from Seattle and had Dr. Ho Erb do her blepharoplasty as well! If you're tired of your sad, saggy eyes and are looking to do blepharoplasty, look no further! Make an appointment with Dr. Ho Erb. My only regret is I wish I would have found her sooner! <3

I had an upper bleph with Dr Erb a month ago and I couldn't be happier with my results! After my consult with her, I knew she was the one and I didn't even bother looking for other surgeons. She really understood what my goals are and gave me more than what I could ever ask for. My results came out so natural but yet made such a huge difference! I loved the whole experience, Dr Erb, Gina and Annika took really great care of me during the entire process. I never once felt nervous or uneasy and I had zero discomfort, pain, or complications. I couldn't be happier with my decision and would choose Dr Erb over and over again!

It started with googling doctors near me for upper and lower eyelid surgery, then calling around. Within the first call I knew Dr. Erb was at the top of my list. The staff took the time to answer questions about the procedure, process and payment. I had the surgery and did multiple follow-ups. Dr. Erb is very precise and honest. She'll tell you what to expect and what the healing process will be. I never realized how sensitive eyes were and I would truly need more time for it to settle, but now after a couple months, they look amazing and natural. That's what I wanted and what Dr. Erb specializes in: a gentle women's touch to make it look natural. Very happy with my results and with Dr. Erb and her wonderful staff (Gina and Annika)!

From my first appointment with Dr Erb, I knew I had found the right physician to entrust with this very delicate surgery. The initial consultation was thorough, many questions asked and answered, thorough pictures from every angle, my end goals discussed. When making the decision to proceed with this procedure, I had a few other consultations with other Drs. None were as detailed, and time spent as was the case with Dr Erb. Six weeks after an upper and lower blethoplasty and ptosis repair, I could not be happier with the results. I look and feel fantastic. It’s very natural and has made a significant difference in my appearance. The follow up has been amazing as well. I found Dr.Erb on google and the reviews seemed extraordinary so I made a consultation. Let me tell you all of the amazing things written about her were true 100%. She is the best doctor I've ever seen and delivered everything she said she would. My under eye bags had bothered me for years and I'm only 46. I decided to have the blepharoplasty done and let me tell you...Dr.Erb did the most AMAZING JOB I have ever seen!!!!! No longer do I have bags but I look years younger and it looks completely natural. It has been a Godsend to my self esteem as well. Not only does Dr.Erb give all the results and more she has promised but she is one of the most kindest and patient doctors I have ever met and she always follows up and cares for her patients like they're family. I've been a patient of Dr. Erb for over 10 years now and she's been amazing from day one. I followed her from an old office to her current one in Irvine that's an hour away from me, that's how awesome she is. I get Botox/Dysport for my migraines and anti-aging effects and her placement is perfect. I have also started getting lip fillers as well, and my results are natural and proportionate to my facial features. She and her staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Getting appointments is easy and she doesn't have long wait times. I've been to may places over the years, including high end places in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive, and Dr. Erb is leagues above my other experiences. There is really something positive to be said about an actual Doctor/Surgeon placing your botox/fillers as apposed to someone with less training (even if they are technically qualified). I would 100% recommend Dr. Melanie Erb to everyone, and I have. She's worth the travel time.

Wow!!! I look so much younger, all thanks to Dr. Erb. This was the best decision I made and I am beyond satisfied with the results. Dr. Erb performed a bilateral lower blepharoplasty on me and the results are AMAZING!! She is a highly skilled ocular plastic surgeon who demands self excellence. Wow. My experience was amazing. 56 F Lower and upper blepharoplasty. Done in office and no anesthesia! Outstanding results. Minimal pain for about 10 days. After about 2 weeks going out in public was easy. The people who knew me that I didn't tell about the procedure didn't see anything wrong with the way I looked. Now, 2 months passes, I look awake and refreshed and my eye makeup is so fun to do now without that extra skin moving around! Before I choose Dr Erb I had two other consultations. I like that her business is small whereas another doctor's business I saw was like a factory. I felt important to the doctor and the office staff. Those two ladies really helped calm my fears. Honestly, if you're thinking about this kind of surgery, please consult with Dr Erb. Also don't be afraid of the in office procedure. I was very nervous about it. I suffered no pain during it and remember nothing from it. Thanks Dr Erb!!

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Erb. She is very kind and friendly. I enjoyed going to see her, unlike other doctors I've seen. Her assistants/front desk staff are also great. I went in for redundant upper eyelid skin on both lids, and also had an asymmetry between the two. As well as missing fat on my left eyelid and needing muscle removed on the right one. Needless to say, my procedure wasn't a straightforward one comparatively. But thanks to Dr. Erb's skilled hands and her expertise with many years of experience, I have great results and look many years younger! I highly recommend her if you need blepharoplasty.
